Repair Service of a Very Rare 1926 World’s Fair Ansonia Pocket Watch

This 1926 Ansonia Sesqui-Centennial Pocket Watch was not running and in need of service. The watch was carefully disassembled and cleaned. Reassembled, lubricated and regulated. Placed on extended testing. Repair Complete.

The watch was made for the International Exposition of 1926.  The Sesqui-Centennial International Exposition of 1926 was a world’s fair in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the signing of the United States Declaration of Independence, and the 50th anniversary of the 1876 Centennial Exposition.
