Repair of a vintage Ingersoll Yankee Pocket Watch
This Ingersoll Yankee Pocket Watch was repaired and restored. The movement was disassembled, cleaned, reassembled, lubricated and adjusted. The paper dial was restored by scanning it into Photoshop, digitally cleaning it and reprinting it on special label paper. Then coated with varnish and applied over the original dial. New hands and a crystal was installed. The case was touch-up re-plated. The watch was placed on extended testing. Restoration complete.
