Lord Sanford Wristwatch Repair
Repair Service of a Henex 17 Jewel Swiss Alarm Wristwatch
This interesting circa 1960’s Swiss Watch with a cool built-in mechanical alarm was disassembled and cleaned. The movement and alarm mechanism was reassembled and lubricated. Regulated balance. Cleaned case and polished crystal. Installed new watchband. Placed on extended testing. Watch repair complete.

Cleaned and Lubricated Movement Placed Back in Case. The silver piece on the left is the chime that the hammer mechanism repeatedly hits to make the alarm sound

Alarm Functions Tested – Note, the Alarm on this watch is very loud and can be easily heard across the room. The alarm is set by pulling out the top crown and moving the red hand to the alarm time. When the alarm goes off, pushing the crown back in stops the alarm. The alarm complication has its own mainspring so it does not affect the timekeeping of the watch.
